- Omega 3’s: EPA, DHA, AHA: 3000-5000 mg/day
- Protein: Rice or Pea: 40 grams/day
- CO Q10: 100 to 400 mg/day
- Proteolytic Enzymes: Loading Dose of 700-900 mg initial dose, then 200-400 mg 4x per day. Take 30 mins before a meal or 2 hrs after.
- Chondroitin Sulfate: 1200 mg/day. **note only 750mg absorb at once.
- Glucosamine HCL can be used if no analgesic medications are being taken. 1500mg/day ***note only 500mg can be absorbed at ingestion.
- Filtered Alkaline Water: Half your weight calculated in ounces/day
- Vitamin C: 500-2000 mg/day to bowel tolerance
