The Gonstead Technique

The Gonstead Technique

Our patients travel for miles from all over the world to experience the renowned Gonstead Technique. Gonstead represents the ultimate standard in “hands-on” spinal adjusting and has been proven effective for 100 years. Backed by science in combining biology, physiology, physics, geometry, and anatomy to carefully study and identify vertebral subluxation, this cutting-edge technique results in the most accurate, specific, and effective approach to evaluating and adjusting the spine. Because the spinal column is a dynamic structure affecting the entire body, the Gonstead Technique requires that the entire spine be checked for motion, soft tissue damage, and neurological dysfunction by using five criteria. These valuable criteria and detailed analysis include instrumentation, static palpation, motion palpation, visualization, and spinal imaging, followed by adjusting the articulations of the spine by hand only.

Webster Technique

Webster Technique

The Webster Technique is a specific chiropractic pelvis analysis and adjustments for pregnant women, particularly those with pelvic imbalances that may affect fetal positioning or labor. It focuses on restoring balance in the pelvis, reducing uterine tension, and potentially helping the baby achieve a more optimal position for birth. The goal of the adjustment is to reduce the effects of subluxation and/or SI joint dysfunction. In so doing, neuro-bio-mechanical function in the sacral/pelvic region is improved.

Corrective Care

Corrective Care

Corrective care focuses on addressing the root cause of a problem to achieve long-term health improvements, rather than just providing temporary relief. It often involves a more comprehensive approach than relief care, aiming to restore proper function and structure, particularly within the spine. This can include exercises, stretches, and other techniques to realign the spine and improve nervous system function.
