Step 2: Receive Your Kit + Follow the Collection Steps
- Our team will help you collect 2 Sylvia samples for lab testing.
Step 3: Confirm Your Information
You’ll be asked to confirm details such as:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Address
- Email + Phone Number
Step 4: Complete Payment
- Payment can be made at the Front Desk
- Available on the APP Store
Step 5: FedEx Drop-off
Find the nearest FedEx package shipping site on the day your samples are collected.
Option A: FedEx Mailbox
Option B: In-Store Drop
Step 6: Schedule Your Results Review (Most Important Step)
Testing is only valuable if we interpret it correctly and apply it to your plan.
- Go back to the app and tap “Appointments”
- Book: “Methyl Detox Results Review”
- Choose your preferred time
