A great deal of time and energy is invested in bringing our patients the most current and dynamic information regarding optimal health and healing. Please take full advantage of the great opportunity to attend, maximize your investment, and learn with us.
CHANGE HABITS THAT CAUSE SUBLUXATION:
If you continue to have the same bad habits that got you in trouble in the first place, you will limit the effectiveness of your care. Feel free to ask questions if you need clarification.
TOTAL LIFE CONDITIONING:
Chiropractic care helps to remove any interference to the expression of your full health. Your responsibilities will include improving your eating habits, physical activity, and mental well-being to support the body’s journey towards optimal health and healing.
FAMILY:
We are absolutely committed to your family's health. The Vertical Chiropractic Team recognizes that the children are the future. Because of this commitment, it is our highest priority that all individuals joining our practice have their children (ages 0-12) checked within 2 weeks of beginning care in our office. This spinal checkup will be done at our expense. If spinal images and/or adjustments are necessary, they will be at regular fees.

The greatest honor a patient can give the doctor is the referral of their family or loved one. We promise to give them the same attention, care, and quality service that you receive. Thank you in advance!
ANY AND ALL SCHEDULED OFFICE VISIT CHANGES MUST BE RESCHEDULED WITH 24-HOUR NOTICE.
If at any point in your care you need to reschedule an office visit, our team will work to reschedule you for the same day. If that is not possible, all efforts will be made to schedule you the next day. You will be charged $40 fee for all future missed appointments without notice.
Remember, healing and correction take time. If at any time during your care, you have any confusion or concern about your body's responses, please arrange an immediate consultation with the doctor. We want you to get the most from your chiropractic care.
