Humans experience different energy states that affect physical and mental well-being. These energy states relate to energy balance, which is the relationship between the energy consumed (calories in) and the energy expended (calories out).
Download daily affirmation exercises Affirmation exercises involve repeating positive statements to yourself to reinforce positive thinking and challenge negative thoughts. This exercise can be done in various ways, such as saying affirmations aloud, writing them down, or incorporating them into mindfulness practices.
Goal setting provides direction, motivation, and a sense of accomplishment. Science shows that if you set your sights on the goal itself and reward yourself for the achievement of the goal, your likelihood of accomplishing the same or a similar goal again is less likely. If you focus on daily activities that get you closer to your goal(s), enjoy the process, and celebrate daily wins, your ability to accomplish your goals repeatedly is highly in your favor. Remember, it's not just about the goal(s), but it's more about the person YOU become that accomplishes the goal.
